REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Mix (Unflavored). If you love the taste of pure, natural salt, then Unflavored Re-Lyte is for you. It doesn’t contain any natural flavors or sweeteners, but it’s not flavorless. It has a strong salty flavor thanks to the Real Salt it contains. The serving size is 1 scoop (5g), but you don’t have to drink a full serving all at once if that’s too salty for your palate. Start by adding a quarter or half scoop to your water bottle, and then add another quarter or half when you refill. I also sometimes mix this with a flavored sweetened Re-Lyte to get a softer sweetness.
